If a creeper tries to explode and you quickly change the game mode, it stays that way.
Step 1: A Creeper try to explode
Step 2: Change youre Gamemode fast to Gamemode 1 before Explosion is Complete.
Its a little bit Tricky to reproduce it, but it happens.
