Try that effect on yourself

Nukkit Version: Nukkit 1.0dev ???(Apple)?(Pie)? implementing API version 1.0.0 for Minecraft: PE v1.0.5 (protocol version 105) || actually it's on any Nukkit version so, which supports effects.
Java Version: 8.0
Host OS: Linux 16.04.1 LTS
Host configuration: Doesnt matter
Client Edition: PE/Win 10 (doesn't matter)
Client Version: 1.0.5

The correct term is absorption for anyone that's confused by the title.

@IrishPacks I don't think it's confusing, because in minecraft it's obvious when you see Gold heart and effect, what it actually means.
