settings are lost after browser restart #131

Since a few weeks now the settings (like minimum price) for Steam Economy Enhancer are only stored till I close my browser. Every time I open Firefox and log back into steam I'm back at the default values for everything. Firefox 68.0.1, Tampermonkey 4.9.5941 and SEE 6.8.0.

Works for me in Firefox and Chrome with Violentmonkey. Does it still happen?

I can't say for sure, but I think it's not happening anymore. Requires further testing!

Still happens for me with Firefox 78.7.0esr, Tampermonkey 4.11.6120 and Steam-Economy-Enhancer 6.8.3.
