No, the minimum and maximum price is not redundant, I use it all the time. I don't want to sell items for less than 4 cents (why bother), nor does it make sense to put trading cards on the market for ~1800EUR (max Steam allows), so you add a max price for it. The default is -0,01 to sell it for a lower price than the current listing (which is what most people wanted), but it'll still respect the min and max.

but under cutting card prices is what and will drive card prices down. I still think the default should be 0.
