Added DueDate field #148

I have added a due date for ticket and added a bootstrap datepicker for date selection. Since I am not very good at git (using TortiseGit), there are quite a few commits trying to undo some changes.

Thanks for the PR. No worries about the extra commits, I just did a squash merge so it'll come in as a single commit. I did run into some package reference issues, and pushed a new commit to address those.
