"App isn't installed" despite signing it with APKTOOL GUI

I was trying to use the 2.0 PounceKeys Discord version (not the GUI one) and I followed everything you said...

☑ I've downloaded the file ☑ Decompiled it with APKTOOL GUI ☑ Search and replaced the all the "INSERT-WEEBOOK blah blah blah" occurences with my bot's webook ☑ Recompiled with APKTOOL GUI ☑ Received the signed APK from APKTOOL ☑ Tested it on TWO phones and, after installing, I can't open the app. It says "App isn't installed".

The 2 phones I tested were an android 7 Huawei, and an android 12 galaxy tablet.

May I please get some help? What could the problem be?

Here is some additional info you may or may not need:

• I tested it with Java 8, 14, and 19 and none of them worked.
• I don't have any Android related stuff on my computer, including the android SDK. Could this be an issue?
• I'm running on a Windows 10 PC
• I tried the backdoored note app (notally) AND the signal messenger one and it successfully installed on both my android devices but I didn't receive any messages on discord from the webhook (even after enabling the accessbility setting)
• I tried the GUI versions but kept running into a bunch of bugs, too

Finally, I was able to overcome the problem. Here's how...

I tested the app on a 3RD phone and it still wouldn't open. But here's the thing. This time, when I enabled the accessibility setting thing, it worked. So yeah, that's all I did.
