Little cosmetic cleanup

apply-able -> applyable
Sentence case in heading
Move "External applyables" above "Any NPM package"; They are IMO more practical for people to use than generic NPM package, so should be higher in the documentation
Now there are three main sections:
- Internal applyables
- External applyables
- Any NPM package
