Must be easy to see, accessible, and transparent

Check if heroku has a way to pipe logs to the UI. Maybe switch to AWS otherwise?

Heroku logs initial network connections. Steps to resolution:

• use a different public/private pair for the socket connection than what is used for message encryption
  • this may play in to ratcheting
• evaluate running a relay on AWS, Google, Azure, etc
