Teleporter Not Changing #2

When I created my teleporter I wasn't sure how to use it but I immediately figure it out but it wasn't at the intended coordinates and I can't figure out how to change it and don't have the recourses for another one

It appears that it doesn't work in the nether which is where I want it to be

I'll just make my base in the overworld

I don't support the use of this item in the worlds other than overworld, since I'm afraid to cause some strange bugs (not because I'm lazy XD) If you want to enable that you can edit ItemTeleporter.java and delete line 35-37.
