fix hebrew description #1

Hi Lazlo,

I somehow believe the second sh in description.xml.in is wrong ;-)

Looks like Hebrew to me :)

That said, I am also not sure whether the text is actually correct RTL. If any of the LTR languages have it at the beginning it should probably be reversed? And maybe Calc moved into the "middle"?

Hi Rene, thanks for the fix!

Unfortunately, I don't know. Hebrew translation (with the fixed bug) was contributed by a native Hebrew contributor, but it's possible, that it wasn't verified etc. I will ask on the l10n list.
