Fix "and" before currency fractions and "zero" in case of 0 whole euro #55

Some fixes for the Greek language data file. Previously the conversion for 0.33 euro would be: "ευρώ y 33 λεπτά" instead of the correct: "μηδέν ευρώ και 33 λεπτά"
