Added a Bulgarian module and translation. #6

This is my first experience with GitHub and git at all, so please forgive me and correct me if I'm doing something wrong.

I have tested the new Bulgarian module in LibreOffice Calc 6.0.2.1 and it appeared to work well. It currently supports cardinal numerals in all three genders (f, m, n) up to 10^27 -1, ordinal numerals in all genders up to 10^6 - 1, and several currencies.
