WH6 #9

@Numerical-Analysis/everyone WH6 is posted. Since I posted it one day late, I will allow you to turn in by 10/20 Friday 5pm, either to me directly or place it in my mailbox. Of course the best is turn it in on 10/19 in class.

Github is acting weird and won't let me update the class notes. So you can find the most updated notes on CANVAS -> Files. Sorry for the trouble.

As usual, please feel free to ask any question that is related to WH6 under this issue.

Finally notes updated on GitHub too, so no need to go to Canvas...

There was some confusion on what is Q' or Q''. It was just a notation to mean a different matrix from Q. Q' could have been B, Q'' could have been D.

As JC pointed out, in problem 6, I copied x wrong. it should have been (1,2,-2) in the solution. It not affect the rest of the solution. Angelo has already pointed out this to me. Thanks to both of you.

By the way, as written on the review, you definitely want to work on problem 9-12 of chapter 6 as well.
