[TalkBack] Gestures, Freeze "Suspend Talkback popup" .

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1) Settings > Accessibility > TalkBack On > Settings > Explore by touch On
 2) Manage shortcut gestures > Swipe up then right >Select "Open global context menu"
 3) Back key > Talkback settings > Act "Swipe up then right"
 4) Press "Tap&hold" > Drag "Pause feedback"> Suspend Talkback? popup > OK
 5) Back key > Talkback > Talkback Off > Talkback On
 6) Settings > Back key > Talkback화면 > Talkback Off > Talkback On
 7) Settings > Talkback settings
 8) Act "Swipe up then right" > Press "Tap&hold > Drag "Pause feedback" > Suspend Talkback? popup > OK

Attached reproduce video file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Suspend Talkback? popup freeze.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android JB(4.1.2)
Talkback v3.3.1
