[TalkBack] Talkback Spinner issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1.
  1.Talkback on
  2. Go to the "layout" in the "Spinner Component
  3. Not focus on Spinner Spinner talkback voice support("dropdown list")
2.
  1.Talkback on
  2.Layout of focus on EditText
  3.Voice support for the EditText contentDescription or hint  does not happen.
  4.Voice Support for the Spinner.

When you move to the "layout" in the "Spinner Component, voice support," focus 
", despite the fact that the" Spinner "" dropdown list "called" talkback 
"Spinner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Normal operation

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
android 4.2.1, talkback 3.3.*

I am unable to understand this bug. Could you provide a video of the steps that 
reproduce the problem?
