Scoreboard Problem? #215

Using revision 515.

There is a problem with the scoreboard, some error from the update in GMOD i 
presume. The scoreboard doesnt update the names of players if they change in 
game, and it also randomly shows steamnames over in game names.

I think this is the same 'datastream delay' which makes some peoples jobs not 
update
for me?

Addition:seems like this has happened after the new Gmod Update,steam names are 
shown 
instead of RP names.
