Error - MOTD via rcon #430

What is the problem?
Changing the MOTD via rcon errors.

What steps will reproduce the problem (or what were you doing when it
happened)?
Changing the MOTD via rcon.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?

Also the MOTD doesn't work for me, It's just a smaller white box in the corner

Okay, it does, sorry, forgot the http://, by the way if you press e to expand 
the menu, then close it, your MOTD becomes much smaller in-game.

The MOTD getting smaller is a gmod bug, I've made a small workaround for it, 
but it isn't perfect.

The error is fixed in the next rev.
