Holstering Weapons #453

My suggestion is:
I think we should be able to holster weapons such as the stunstick, so we can 
bring it up and it lights up(like the half life one).

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon:
Just a suggestion, doesn't have to be implemented, but just an idea.

Press reload with stunstick to "threaten"
