Feature Request: Cancel demote command

It would help if there was a command to cancel a demote in progress. If someone 
randomly demotes someone, it would be much easier to use a /canceldemote 
command rather than having to change jobs back and stuff.

I am sure many other people out there would like this implented, and I hope it 
does.

This would be an "enter quickly before the demote has been performed" 
operation. Besides admins usually ignore it when people report their random 
demote.

Couldn't you use rp_<teamcommand> player after the demote instead? You wouldn't 
have to hurry.
Examples:
rp_cp falco       Makes me a cop
rp_gundealer falco       Gundealer
rp_medic falco   etc.

Also works for custom jobs:
rp_swat falco
(if you have a swat job of course)

I decided that this shouldn't be made because
- similar functionality already exists (rp_<jobcommand>)
- it would be very hard to cancel a demote in progress within the time a demote 
lasts.
