Fining players #708

My suggestion is: To be able to fine players for breaking server rules. For
example: /fine <name> <ammount> <reason> GlobalChat: Bot01 has been fined 10000
for non-rp advert. This would help the admins on servers so much. Instead of
talking to them personally or jailing them, an admin could take some of their
money to teach them a lesson. It would be very, very nice to see a players
money. I know its possible but you need to have scriptenfocer off and that's
really not the best thing to do. If possible, make it a part of the gamemode to
admins can either view it on the TAB menu or use a command like /money <player>
or /m <playerr>

Why this should be in DarkRP by default and not a third party addon: It has to
do with the DarkRP money system. Since, to my knowledge, DrakRP controls the
money it would be better for DarkRP to handle anything to do with the money.

Note: If this is a scoreboard suggestion, post in issue 276

I meant the command would be for admins. I didn't make it clear enough on the
first sentence. The admin would fine someone for disobeying the server rules.
Yes, there's setmoney but:

1- There's no way to know his money beforehand with scriptenforcer enabled.
2- It wouldn't show a reason why his money was reset unless the admin would PM
him.

A players money can be seen using the FAdmin scoreboard anyway.
