/switchjob while being demoted #833

If you use /switchjob while being demoted, it switches you to citizen but it 
makes it to where you get banned permanently from any other jobs in tell you 
rejoin the server.

Yes using /switchjob. People think they can cheat the system but gets fucked 
over.
