FPP wont load/save #857

What is the problem?
The Sv.db seems to be broken. It loads everything but the FPP stuff, so things 
like prop blacklists dont load, at least not entirely. It loads about 70 props 
out of the 2,488 I have black listed. Other settings are set to default.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
No clue, It happens each time I block a lot of props and then the server 
crashes.

Do you have any errors? serverside or clientside? If you do, which ones?
No errors.

Are you using the downloaded version or an SVN revision (if SVN, which
revision number)?
Downloaded. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached my database for you to see. Maybe you can find some mistakes or errors.
