Lua error + custom spawns stopped working #881

1. This error occasionally comes up:
Lua Error: [@gamemodes\darkrp\gamemode\fpp\server\fpp_core.lua:151] Toolgun Is 
not a valid settings type!

2. For some reason custom spawns no longer work. I can set them as usual, but I 
never spawn at them. I'm not sure what caused it since it seemed to be working 
fine recently.

I am running latest SVN

There are also no errors in console when I add new spawns.

The error should be fixed, but I can't reproduce the spawn point issue. When I 
use /setspawn citizen and kill myself, I spawn at the new spawn point.

When I then change level I still spawn at the new spawn point when I die.
