The 4 Star Ball seems to disappear once you find an additional ball.
To Reproduce
Have the 4-star ball that spawns with the start of your world be collected and hovering over the pedestal. Once you find an additional ball, the 4-star may or may not be listed and or flying anymore on the pedestal.
