Legendary Trait KI bug (Round 2)

Description: When you transform into any of the legendary exclusive forms you can only use a percentage of it, even attempting to charge it wont allow you to reach maximum

To Reproduce: Get Legendary trait and transform into exclusive forms

Can you give more on this because I hadn't noticed this when testing recently due to looking at #50 I had 130k+ and there was no issues with being in form/out of form

Its more noticeable with lower KI, at around 20000 the KI bars fill but it doesn't reach the maximum value even with KI filler and charging at the same time cause at first I thought the problem was rapid KI drain but around 4000 I did the same thing (Charging and KI filling) yet a whole section of the bar couldn't fill. This applies to all Legendary Forms with Overload, I haven't tried wrathful yet

I believe this is related to a bug I found during the last October beta where there would be a mismatch between what your max ki should be/what is showing on the ui, and what the game "thinks" your max ki is, iirc I believe it had something to do with the test items for changing your ki

I think the problem there was whenever you transformed the mod stopped recognizing your x2 ki trait

I forget the specifics of what caused it, but I do remember it involved the test items, and if your ki is just high via natural means, the bug wouldn't occur through normal game play which is why I never made a bug report on it here

Afaik the problem is the legendary x2 max ki being applied after forms check your max ki, so it thinks you have half of what you actually do and it won't drain or regen past that.

Sounds about right, although I think I remember the bug I encountered happening with other traits too, not sure though
