Scaffold application

Since we are creating a new application we will need to discuss the architecture we are going to use.

• Software architecture (Clean architecture, Layered, Pure MVC or Microservices)
• Client-side framework (Blazor or React.JS)
• CSS Framework (Bootstrap or Tailwind)
• Server-side will be .NET Core
• Database-side will be MS SQL Server
• Update git ignore file

This should only contain a scaffolding, config and packages used.
