Deleted _document.tsx and _app.tsx and replaced them with a layout.tsx file
Migrated the meta tags to use the new metadata API
Moved API route to a route handler (app router's equivalent)
Removed a library dependency by using next/headers to get a unique identifier for my rate limiter
Added use client to components that are interactive (that used React state or <Link/>)
