Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login with admin credentials
2.Navigate to Access Management->Users
3.Click on the Create User button
4.Enter Username, Password, Confirm password (Testuser3/Testuser@003/Testuser@003)
5.Click on Create User button
5.Navigate back to Access Management->Users page
6.Observe
Actual Result:
The newly created user is no available on the page.
Expected Result:
Newly created user should be available.
