update-md-motivation #3

Add a jekyll template or similar and started adding documentation based on completed issues.

At least get started and create the template with the following headers.

This should be straight forward. We already have a good blurb here (from our slide deck):

The goal of the NutriSnap is to allow users to snap a picture of their meal and see details about its ingredients to see how much of the food is unprocessed, processed, and ultra processed. Users will get recommendations about changes they can make to gradually decrease their proportion of unprocessed foods. We will implement an AI-based recommendation system that can provide personalized recommendations to each user. The following wireframes illustrates the initial design of screens for this app. The accompanying descriptions focus on the features of the design that are innovative and that support the overall goal of the technology.

I think we pretty much finished this last phase but just wanted to double check so left this task as a reminder mainly.
