#15 Pinning dependencies to specific versions so Greenkeeper will always create a Pull Request to be reviewed when a new dependency version is released. Otherwise if the release version is within valid range, Greenkeeper will automatically merge the Pull Request on a successful build. We want a human to review the changes in the newest version before it is merged into master.
