I've fixed the issues for most of the handlers at this point, but missing games for Amazon and Legacy still need to be investigated.

I finished a fix for my missing Legacy games, but it turned out the missing games weren't seen by the Legacy Games Launcher either anymore. Reinstalling those games fixed the issue. I wasn't sure whether I should check in the fix or not, but since I might not be the only person in this state, I figure I'll add the fix but flip the HasProblem flag.
