Beg me pardon and thanks! Looks like we miss the test when upgrade older version of the plugin. I uploaded the new version - v3.2.1.

Thanks for the new update in 3.2.0, looks like a lot of good changes. I'm getting an error when I try to upgrade, though. After I hit Activate Plugin, I'm redirected to the plugins page with an error in the top of the page:

The plugin nuvei-plugin-woocommerce/index.php has been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.
Hope this is just a simple fix!

Another note:
I tried removing the Nuvei plugin first and then installing 3.2.0. This does not show the error message above, however, the behavior I've observed is still the same: My second payment plugin (Sezzle) is hidden from WooCommerce payments, and the nuvei settings are blank.
