[ ] Add an option to speak responses as they are streaming in
[ ] Add the ability to cancel speech
[ ] Make it impossible for speech to happen simultaneously
[ ] Indicate which message is being spoken
[ ] Add the ability to DYNAMICALLY choose speech speed
[ ] Add the ability to choose chrome voices
[ ] Bundle TTS executable with electron
