cant choose any compiler options #2

So, my issue is really straight forward, for some reason I cant choose a compiler at all, nothing appears when I click on it except for "selected option". I've tried moving my blend file into different sourcemods and source games as well and ofc restarting too but it never shows up which makes it completely impossible for me to compile.
