重构 CommandReceiver 模块 #35

API breaking changes for next big version (i.e. 7.x.x) 下游项目需要少量或中等程度的代码变更。 预计变化：

  1. Improve DefaultCommand functionality
  2. Improve tab completion
  3. Move inner classes to standalone classes

请下游插件维护者估计一下工作量
