修改部分技能以略过Citizens的NPC 修复了AttributeModifier的报错(同时不再支持UUID而改为NamespacedKey) 更新了build.gradle以适配最新版本 将粒子效果、药水效果等更新为最新的形式 修复了Throw丢出的实体没有初速度的bug

可能还需要修改 Jenkinsfile 指定使用 jdk21
