Various nether biome features not generating properly #24

Warped and Crimson forests have no trees in them, only the occasional small patch of twisting vines. Soul sand valleys only seem to generate with soul soul and the nether fossils don't seem to spawn either.

right, they are bound to vanilla biomes...

okay, so it seems some features are both hardcoded and data-driven based on biomes.

so yes, I need to fix this but it is bigger than i expected
