Livingrock Hoe doesn't hoe right #63

Attempting to use the Livingrock Hoe to till dirt yields no results. Only gravel can be tilled.

Makes planting kinda impossible, unless one finds a village with some pre-tilled dirt.

My mistake: the Livingrock AIOT can till dirt no problem. So it's not impossible to till dirt. It is just the hoe tool that lacks that ability.
