Allow replay upload on website #25

Enable replay upload on website. This way users at LANs can just upload the replays instead of needing to run the desktop client on their own machine.

[frontend] create upload button html/css/handlebars
[backend] capture replay file in expressjs
[backend] run python script to extract replay data
