Enhancement: Auto switch elytra to armor now checks for equipment slot instead of item name. This allows some mod compatibility
Enhancement: The custom FallFlying check didn't include lava. This might cause a player to die when attempting to swim in lava with autoSwitchElytra on

Due to conflict with #41 and incompatibility with the new version of MC, this PR will be resolved in #41.
