Patient could not be found if the patient input is Justin and finding justin (Case sensitive) : was not stated in the UG or DG

I suggest .ignorecase while reading the user find input.

Rejected as it was documented in UG.

Rejected justification:

Section 4.1.5 explains the findp functionality. It is stated that the search value is case-sensitive.
