Fix pet bowls/advancements #1

I noticed that the pet bowl recipes and advancements weren't working, so i believe this should fix them. The recipes didn't work and showed empty tags, and recipes didn't show in the recipe book. I tried this in a datapack before making the pull request.

It's my first PR so i hope i did everything correctly.

well like i said in the original post, i made these changes with a datapack and i was able to get it working. I obviously have no modding experience so I have no doubt there's a better way to do it =D
