Missing commodities in the sheet_scans file #2

When parsing the data from raw_scans into sheet_scans the scanner drops some commodities. It seems like any commodity with an extractor amount of 3 or 4 is ignored. I have not noticed any others missing.

Confirmed seeing same issue of commodities that have 3 or 4 extractor amounts are missing from sheet
