Static IP Address #1091

I changed the ip address in the file from 10.8.0.8 to 172.22.22.0 and I recognized that the VPS, which hosted openvpn, has the ip address 172.22.22.1 and was wondering will it be static ip address 172.22.22.1 for VPS or not? And we have default username and password?
