Show u-cursos sidebar menu on the sidebar page.

Almost done, see sidebar branch. A few things to work on:

[ ] Resizing panel changes sidebar from mobile/vertical view (first image) to desktop/horizontal view (second image).
[ ] Compatibility with User/Course anonymizer features.
[ ] Close panel on element click.
