Install to ~/Library/ instead of /Library #17

Hey! Great plugin, but I think it would be better for it to install to the users directory instead of the whole system. I moved it manually after install and everything still works as expected.

I updated the installer, the QL plugin is now installed in ~/Library/QuickLook and the Spotlight one in ~/Library/Spotlight
