Upgrade to BaboonAPI

wow it's been almost 3 months since I started this port

• Remove most Harmony patches
• Refactor everything to use BaboonAPI
• Swap track loading to use Newtonsoft.Json
• Clean up trombackground handling significantly
  • Reparenting is gone, Globals.Tromboners is gone :crab:

Known issues:

• Custom tracks are saved to a separate file by BaboonAPI, which currently isn't synced to steam cloud. Fixed in BaboonAPI v2.0.4
• Not sure if video background playback starts at the right time - uses WaitForSeconds atm.

Things still to test from @legoandmars:

• does decimal BPM still work?
• maybe need to add QualitySettings.shadows = ShadowQuality.Disable; by default but i'm not sure how it works?

Still TODO:

• [x] Test even more assetbundle backgrounds
• [x] Write code to import scores from base game save into new custom save
• [x] Write Thunderstore packaging files (& add task to csproj)

List of tracks I've tested that I think are useful test cases due to their specific features. Tracks with a :heavy_check_mark: are verified working, :x: means currently bugged, and ⚠️ means minor issue that also exists in current main branch

• :heavy_check_mark: Rude Buster: tromboner hidden, events required for animation
• :heavy_check_mark: Baka Mitai: multiple tromboners
• :heavy_check_mark: One Winged Angel: tromboner in the Foreground element
• :heavy_check_mark: Lagtrain: heavy reliance on layering, including a monochrome filter
• :heavy_check_mark: Through the Fire and Flames: background is mostly transparent
• :heavy_check_mark: FitnessGram Pacer Test: physics, reliance on mouse movement event
• :question: In The End: multiple videos serialized outside of bundle, specific video layering requirements My copy of the maps seems to have some videos as a black screen - but Derpy reports it works fine on mac. So... :ghost:?
• :warning: Never Gonna Give You Up: tromboners with lots of animated movement, shadows Seems to have an issue with shadows, but it's also broken on current main branch
