12/20/17dev Train Script got stuck in a loop of not glancing the target, then reporting the target was already dead or damaged and moving to next stop #103

Start of the 2nd loop using 12/20/17dev I ran into this issue:

The Ashstone Casino This large two story building was one of the first to be rebuild after the destruction of Bloodstone. Almost the size of a city block it houses a casino and a brothel. Here at the entrance to the casino tables have been set up for games of chance for small amounts of money. The low stakes means little supervision to this area is given by the casino staff. Exits: - North - East - South [87262] A gambler from Calimport stands here trying his luck. Amerolen enters from the east. Imeclas enters from the east.
