The look, look, scan were all about 5 seconds apart and nothing was happening. Sending another flee freed up the 'lock' and it displayed the "[No longer moving. Spellcasting has resumed]" message after the flee. Normally it would show the "[Currently moving. Spellcasting is temporarily paused.]" after fleeing, but when it 'locks up', it does not. Also, the look, look, scan part was not echoed, but the flee following that was echoed when it broke the 'lock'.
The 2nd screen capture after the ######## is just showing how it works normally with the spellcasting paused and spellcasting resumed messages.
