Paging Mode using command "who" doesn't work

When I do command "who" to get the list of online players and if I set toggle screen to less than number of players(so that "hit RETURN for more or press Q to quit" appears) script automatically breaks it so I don't get the rest of the records. When I do command "pra" that works just fine. The problem is probably in the trigger that's capturing prompt. There is a trigger that's capturing pattern "hit RETURN for more..." and it's setting variable pagingmode = true but I see it's disabled....? I tried enabling it but the behavior was still the same... So to invoke the bug do: toggle screen 10 who

if im not mistaken this issue is caused by the wholist updating if there is a new player or character it auto cuts the paging page to make the who command on said player.
